Refocussing leaders in business change

The Chemistry Group are experts in predicting people performance, but their previous brand had struggled to succinctly articulate their offer. Working closely with the internal team, we identified that their success lies in a deep understanding of the link between both people and business context. 

From this starting point, we redefined and rewrote Chemistry’s messaging, placing emphasis on six key areas of specialism, and bringing their case studies to the fore. 

A pared back visual language and colour palette ensures information is delivered with gravitas, whilst carefully art directed hero imagery brings to life context, showing how every potential employee is more than they first appear.
