Benugo is a multi-faceted business – a coffee and sandwich shop on the high street, a catering partner to cultural and business organisations and a restaurant operator. Their aim was to refocus their business and become a brand, so by working closely with all the key stakeholders we developed a creative strategy that helped to achieve this ambition.
Capitalising on Benugo’s independent spirit was critical – brand messages were developed that articulate the company’s differences in a memorable and charming way. The resulting visual identity is flexible enough to communicate across the entire business, and most importantly, to the busy high street customer. They continue to increase their high street presence, have won more pitches and have seen sales rise dramatically.
