A Creative Director with ambition and ability to naturally work within this type of creative environment. Candidates should be capable of leading a talented creative team – designers, writers and moving image specialists, recognise the importance of strategy and be able to adapt to the diverse and challenging needs of clients from a broad industry base.

Here at ico, we’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, with 3-5 years of creative agency experience, to join our talented team.

Based in our central London studio, we are a close-knit, diverse team of 18 people, offering best in class creative strategy and building brands that last.
Be it creating and launching new challenger brands or repositioning established organisations with big ideas, your role as a project manager is fundamental in facilitating and delivering ambitious creative projects.
You’ll have had experience of working with new brands, costing and scoping projects, managing relationships and delivering multi-faceted projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You love what you do, and you’re confident in your ability to communicate with everyone – from clients to the internal creative team. You’re a strong team player, happy to take initiative, and approach life with a sense of humour.

Working closely with the creative team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of projects (working as part of a team but also on your own initiative).
You’ll contribute to project strategy, oversee workflow and be responsible for managing key projects.
Key responsibilities will include creating and responding to project briefs, facilitating creative teams and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed and achieved will be the focus of your role – resulting in successful projects for both the client and the ico team.
We are looking for our new team member to join as soon as possible but start dates are flexible. Remuneration will be in-line with experience, but we would ask you to indicate your salary expectations with your CV.
